## History
Founded in 1996 by Chef Tom Kee and actor Robert Duvall. Sandy Freeman took over as Proprietor and Chef in 2023. Sandy was classically trained in Nashville, apprenticed at Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and has been in Northern Virginia since 2004.
